This Privacy Policy explains how SKR4CH handles information when you use the SKR4CH Waveform Designer website, what data may be collected, how it is used, and what choices you have.
SKR4CH is designed to run primarily in your web browser. The Waveform Designer does not require user accounts and does not upload waveform or audio data to a server during normal use.
We aim to collect as little personal information as possible while still being able to operate, improve, and support the site.

Waveform creation, editing, playback, and exporting happen locally in your browser.
The Save menu can create a current-version .txt state file or a self-contained shareable link. Both are generated locally and contain the sound design and W.T position; temporary selections and interface-only preferences are not included.
Shareable links are not private. Their URL fragment contains the encoded state, so anyone who receives the link can use or share the embedded design. When a link is opened, SKR4CH captures and removes its share fragment from the address bar. The embedded state is not uploaded to or stored on SKR4CH servers.
If you send a shareable link through email, messaging, or another service, that service may process the link under its own privacy terms.
We use Cookiebot to record your consent choices and related technical consent information so the site can remember and demonstrate those choices. More information and the current consent controls are available in our Cookie Policy.
If you consent under the “Preferences” category, cookies or similar storage may be used to remember choices that affect how the website looks or behaves. Current details are listed in the Cookiebot declaration in our Cookie Policy.
If you consent under the “Statistics” category, Google Analytics may use Analytics cookies and collect usage and device information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and general interaction patterns.
If Statistics consent is denied or has not yet been given, the Google tag does not read or write Analytics cookies. Under Advanced Consent Mode, Google Analytics may still receive restricted cookieless measurements for aggregate measurement and modelling. These requests may include basic page, device and request information but do not use Analytics cookies.
If you consent under the “Marketing” category and provide the required detailed advertising choices, Google AdSense may use cookies, local storage and other data to select, personalise, deliver and measure ads. Marketing consent makes personalised advertising eligible but does not guarantee it.
If Marketing consent is denied or no choice has been made, Google may attempt to serve Limited Ads. These ads do not use personal data for personalisation, but Google may still process technical data, including IP addresses, to transmit ads. If programmatic limited ads are enabled, Google may use cookies and local storage solely for invalid-traffic detection and protection against fraud and abuse, including without Marketing consent.
Advertising spaces are present on all seven pages, although not every request is necessarily filled. An ad that has already loaded may remain until you navigate away; subsequent ad requests use the latest available consent signals.

Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their respective settings and policies. Google controls retention periods for analytics and advertising data.
SKR4CH does not maintain its own database of user information.
You can review, change or withdraw consent at any time using the Cookiebot controls in our Cookie Policy. You can use the site without consenting to optional cookies and can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Withdrawing consent changes subsequent processing; it does not erase information already processed or necessarily remove cookies already stored on your device. Depending on your location, you may also have rights relating to personal data, including access, correction or deletion where applicable.
SKR4CH is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We take reasonable measures to protect the site and its integrations. However, no website or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
