1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the SKR4CH Waveform Designer, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Waveform Designer solely to create, edit, preview, and download single-cycle waveforms. You may use downloaded waveforms royalty-free in personal or commercial projects.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract source code.
• Distributing or sublicensing the Designer’s proprietary code or assets.
• Interfering with normal operation of the site or its security features.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and logos belong to SKR4CH. You retain ownership of waveforms you export, but the Designer itself remains our exclusive property.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. SKR4CH disclaims all liability for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from use or inability to use this tool, under New Zealand law or any applicable international laws.

6. DMCA & Copyright Infringement

If you believe your work has been used without authorization, please send a notice to skr4ch@gmail.com including:

1. A description of the copyrighted work.
2. URLs of the infringing material.
3. Your contact information.
4. A statement of good-faith belief of unauthorized use.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes shall be resolved in New Zealand courts.
