These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SKR4CH Waveform Designer website and related services. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

1. About the service

SKR4CH provides a browser-based waveform design tool that allows users to visually create, preview, and export audio waveforms and samples. The service runs primarily in your web browser using modern web audio technologies.

SKR4CH does not require user accounts or subscriptions.

2. Permitted use

You may use the SKR4CH Waveform Designer to:

  • design and preview waveforms
  • generate and export audio files
  • use exported audio files in personal or commercial projects

Exported waveforms and samples may be used royalty-free.

3. Ownership and intellectual property

  • The SKR4CH website, software, interface, code, branding, and visual design are the intellectual property of SKR4CH.
  • You retain full ownership of any audio files or waveforms you export using the tool.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or internal logic of the Waveform Designer.

All rights are reserved. Any unauthorized use of SKR4CH intellectual property is a violation of copyright and may result in legal action.

Prohibited actions include, without limitation:

  • copying, downloading, reproducing, or mirroring any part of the website, codebase, UI, layouts, styling, graphics, or content
  • creating derivative works based on the software, interface, algorithms, audio engine, or visual design
  • modifying, adapting, translating, or re-packaging any portion of the code or site
  • redistributing, sublicensing, selling, leasing, or transferring the software or any portion of it
  • scraping, harvesting, or extracting data, logic, or assets from the site
  • reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover source code, underlying structure, or trade secrets
  • removing or altering copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • using SKR4CH branding, logos, or visuals without prior written permission

4. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

  • attempt to bypass security, access controls, or usage restrictions
  • interfere with the normal operation of the site
  • use automated tools to scrape, probe, or abuse the service
  • use the site for unlawful purposes

5. Availability and changes

SKR4CH is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will always be error-free.

Features, behaviour, or availability may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

6. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SKR4CH provides the service without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliability of outputs
  • Use of the Waveform Designer and any exported audio is at your own risk

7. Limitation of liability

SKR4CH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • use or inability to use the site
  • loss of data, audio files, or projects
  • interruptions, bugs, or errors

This applies even if SKR4CH has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Third-party services

The site integrates third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Cookiebot. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

SKR4CH is not responsible for third-party services or their behaviour.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site at any time if we believe these terms have been violated or the service is being misused.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
